Our annual update on the state of affairs in gender equality
As Vice-President, Total Fund Architecture, Audrey and her team are accountable for understanding the long-term risks of the plan liabilities, de ning the governance framework for the investment program and supporting the investment plan around liquidity governance and investment bench- marking. Audrey joined Ontario Teachers’ in 2005.
Audrey holds a Masters of Mathematical Finance from the University of Toronto, a Master of Mathematics from the Universi- ty of Western Ontario. She serves on the FSCO Investment Advisory Committee and CEM Global Leaders Advisory Board.

Audrey Gaspar
Julie Cays is the Chief Investment O cer at the Colleges of Applied Arts and Technolo- gy (CAAT) Pension Plan which is the jointly sponsored, de ned bene t pension plan for the employees of the Ontario college system and several other employers. Julie joined CAAT in 2006 and has been instrumental
in shaping the $10 billion CAAT invest- ment portfolio to meet the Plan’s long term funding goals. She has more than 30 years of capital markets and pension investment experience gained in various treasury and risk management roles at CIBC and as a Vice President at Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP).
Julie is Chair of the Canadian Coalition for Good Governance, Chair of the Investment Committee of the J.W. McConnell Family Foundation, and past Chair of the Pension Investment Association of Canada.
Born in Toronto, she received her degree in economics from the University of Waterloo and has her Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in banking and nance. Since joining TD Bank in 2000, she has held a number of diverse and senior roles. She is presently VP and Head of the Treasury Modelling Team and responsible for the development of models and assumptions necessary for asset/lia- bility management, funds transfer pricing, liquidity, stress testing including CCAR, internal capital adequacy and non-trading market risk. Jennifer holds an M.A. in Economics-Finance with specialization in Quantitative Finance from the University of Waterloo.
Jennifer actively seeks out opportunities
to contribute to the personal development of aspiring leaders in banking and nance. At TD she is a member of the Finance Diversity Leadership Council representing Indigenous Employees and an active par- ticipant in the Indigenous Employee Circle. Jennifer is a guest lecturer at the University of Toronto Master in Mathematical Finance program and McMaster University Master in Financial Mathematics program.
